This dashboard shows global co-publications by UW authors. It represents publications with a co-author at an institution outside the United States, identified using open source data from the Microsoft Academic Graph.
Using the dashboard
- The four tabs provide the following publications information: Global publications overview, Publications by college or country, Publications by Faculty Name, Publications by Foreign Universities
- Use the dropdown menu on each tab to specify the dashboard’s query
- Hover over or click on these to learn more on each tab

- Click ‘Download’ in the lower left corner to capture and share the dashboard as an .png, .pdf, or .ppt file
Data sources & partners
- Partners from across the University worked together to make this project possible, including the Datalab, UW Information Technology – Enterprise Reporting and Analytics (ERA) and the Office of Global Affairs.
- The publications data in the research and publications visualization is powered by the Datalab, a nexus for research on Data Science and Analytics at the UW iSchool. The data comes from Microsoft Academic Graph.
