Senior class gift 2008The Class of 2008 attended the UW during a time of heightened awareness about the future of the environment and the sustainability of our natural resources.
According to top researchers and scientists, sustainability is the unique challenge of our generation, and we knew that we wanted to rise to face the task.

The purpose of this endowment is to provide funds in perpetuity in support of a greener campus. The interest earned from this endowment is used each year to improve sustainability in areas such as:

  • Transportation
  • Composting
  • Recycling
  • Green Power
  • Green Cleaning
  • Maximizing our Resources
