June 2020 Hours

Financial aid counselors are available by phone or email, and all other services remain available. In-person advising however, has been suspended. Please note that due to high phone call volume, you may experience longer than normal wait times, and we encourage you to send your questions via email to our counselors at osfa@uw.edu.

Office Hours

Monday through Friday 12 noon to 3 pm

Exceptions:
June 1-5: Phone services suspended.

June 9 & 10: Phone services suspended in order to focus our efforts on application processing, document review, and aid disbursement.  Visit our homepage for answers to frequently asked questions.  Counselors may be reached by sending an email to osfa@uw.edu.

June 22-24: 12 noon to 4 pm

June 30 & July 1: Phone services suspended.
