UW alum, Cory Foster, ’12, GM at Fortified Fitness, NASM CPT, attended Washington’s leading PTA program for physical therapy specializing in overall mobility/joint health. He’s a champion Men’s Physique bodybuilder and national competitor. You’ll receive high attention to detail during your trainings and a custom program tailored to your specific goals. Normal Personal Training Options:

Monthly Payments (3 month commitment)

  • $75/hr
  • 2x per week would be $600/month

48 Session Package (paid in full)

  • Discounted rate of $65/hr
  • Comes to $3,120
  • Must be 3x per week, would last 4 months

Family/Dual Rate (need partner)

  • $60/hr per person with monthly payment structure and 3 month commitment
  • 2x per week would be $480/month

Bootcamp $99/month. $150/month with Friend co-sign up.

  • 60 min class, 10-15 people
  • Mon/Wed/Fri @ 6am
