Service Links To Youth Support Coordinator


Teen Feed’s Service Links to Youth (SLY) is a case management program designed to help youth who are ready to begin the transition off the streets. SLY is designed as a youth centered support program that affirms the strengths of each participant as they meet self-identified goals. SLY is unique in its focus on meeting youth on the streets and in programs and serves youth ages 13-25. The Support Coordinator maintains an active presence @ Teen Feed’s Meal Program and at the ROOTS Youth Adult Shelter and serves as a resource to engage homeless youth for enrollment in support coordination services. The Support Coordinator is passionate, ensures positive engagement, supports the organization’s strategic focus and philanthropic stewardship with a lens of racial equity, gender diversity, and social justice.

Qualifications include a four-year degree in social sciences or related field or six years of social service experience. Minimum of one year experience with homeless youth and young adults.
