Position description:

Join the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a volunteer at the 2016 Scott Firefighter Stairclimb! For 25 years, firefighters from all over the world have participated in the Scott Firefighter Stairclimb – one of the world’s most physically challenging competitions. Dressed in 50 pounds of Full Combat Gear, firefighters climb The Columbia Tower’s 69 flights of stairs in support of the LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. These fundraisers conquer 1,356 steps and 788 feet of vertical elevation to reach the top, beat their personal best, and fulfill our motto: Climb. Conquer. Cure. You can help us make this year’s event a success by donating your time as a volunteer.
