Description

The Training Plan describes the approach, activities and tasks required by the organization to ensure the necessary skills are attained to achieve the outcome of the project. It also outlines the timeline by which training will be delivered.

Planning

The training activities should be planned during the planning phase of the project, and the tasks should be incorporated into the project plan.

Execution

Once the training program has been developed, it should be presented to a test group to determine if it is appropriate for the intended audience.
