Tiffany Gorton is an attorney at Kutscher Hereford Bertram Burkart PLLC (KHBB Law) in downtown Seattle. Her practice focuses on estate planning, taxation and trust and estate litigation matters. She is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law. Tiffany will talk about what you need to know to get your legal affairs in order for end of life.

Nancy Niedzielski is a Certified Life Cycle Celebrant and Non-denominational Minister with degrees in Education and Psychology and a MBA. She has many years’ experience as a hospice volunteer and is a public speaking volunteer for Compassion & Choices of Washington and People’s Memorial. Nancy will discuss health care directives and the Washington death with dignity law.
