Enjoy a virtual scavenger hunt filled with Husky fun facts, UW trivia, and MANY opportunities to win fabulous prizes thanks to our friends at Xfinity. Students from Seattle, Bothell and Tacoma are all invited. It’s a fun and easy way to learn more about UW, and everybody who finishes gets a prize.
- Complete tasks in any order. Trivia tasks are worth 10 points, photo tasks are worth 20 points, and video tasks are worth 30 points.
- Embrace your competitive spirit! The app’s built-in leaderboard will show who is leading the pack in real time
- Complete all of the tasks to receive a UWAA welcome gift.
- The first four people to finish all of the tasks will receive a UWAA prize pack and ONE of the following Xfinity Grand Prizes: AirPods, iPad, Bluetooth speakers or waterproof action camera.
- What if nobody finishes the scavenger hunt? Xfinity prizes will be awarded to those who completed the most tasks in the time period — don’t give up!
Dawg Daze is the UW’s annual tradition of welcoming first-year and returning students to campus. In addition to Dawg Detectives, there are many other activities available to help you meet new students and start building your Husky experience!
