Billing and Payment

Terms: Net 30 days, balance over 30 days will be subject to 1.5% finance charges. First time advertisers must pay cash in advance. Covers are non-cancellable.

Advertising must be placed within one year from date of first insertion to qualify for frequency discounts. Advertisers who do not fulfill the number of insertions contracted will be billed for the discounts taken in advance of contract performance.
