In compliance with RCW 28B.10.350, the University provides minor alterations, remodeling and facility refurbishing services exempt from the public works competitive bidding processes for construction when the estimated cost is less than $90,000 (or $45,000 if the work involves one trade or craft area) or as necessary under emergency circumstances.
Maintenance and repairs are not included in the public works requirements.
