UW Technology Services is the primary customer-facing unit that provides front-line services, one-stop shopping, and advocacy for members of the extended UW community. We listen openly and work alongside you to explore your evolving technology needs and develop solutions to help you meet your goals.
UW Technology Services consists of staff responsible for customer services and operations for a wide range of technology services, including telephone and data connectivity, and the engineering teams that support enterprise computing systems, data center, and personal productivity and collaboration tools. It also includes accessible technology efforts, organizational communications, project management, and business continuity support.
