Unisys Custom Software Relations

Unisys Custom Software Relations manages all contract negotiations and other vendor-related issues associated with custom software developed by the University of Washington and distributed by Unisys.

This software is owned and supported by the UW and used in its core administrative computing environment, as well as in many computing environments around the world as a result of a software license distribution agreement between Unisys and the UW.

The software benefits the University by reducing labor costs and storage space and by increasing operational accuracy. To continue to provide support for the University and its Unisys relationship, we are involved in ongoing policy development, product market research, and oversight as well as revenue management, forecasting, and tracking with regard to vendors, storage technology, and business continuity issues.
