Engagement Initiatives

Technology is integral to bringing the UW's mission to life. The work to align technology with the UW's strategic direction is broad and ongoing. It includes regular meetings with formal and informal groups and continuous interaction among individuals across the university.

A role that UW Technology can play is one of coordination, outreach, and communication about collaborative activities taking place throughout the university.

UW Technology's engagement initiatives team looks for opportunities to leverage existing efforts and find new ways to partner with others in the UW community to further technology strategy. It serves a coordination and communication function to enable us all to better understand, influence, and take advantage of technology-enabling resources and ideas.
