Giving to UWRA
Thank you for supporting UWRA! Your membership dues and contributions make our programs possible. You may direct your giving in several ways:
Support UWRA fellowships and scholarships:
- To contribute to the UWRA’s scholarship fund, you may either give to the UW Retirement Association Scholarship Endowment (RETREN) to invest the funds long-term to generate interest, or to the UWRA Direct Scholarship fund (UWRAOP) to have the funds distributed as part of the current year’s scholarship award.
- To support the UWRA Endowed Fellowship in Aging, which is awarded through the Graduate School, either use UWRAFE to give to the fellowship’s endowment and take advantage of the Faculty-Staff-Retiree Campaign for Students 50% match, or use UWRACU to give to the fellowship’s current use fund.

Support UWRA operations:
When you add an additional amount to your dues, that contribution goes directly into the UWRA’s operating funds, which can be used immediately for current programs.
- If you would like to contribute to the long-term security of UWRA’s operations, you might consider a donation to the Alice Hayden Endowment. This endowment generates interest that is used for current UWRA expenses and board initiatives.
