Individuals: Check, money order, or credit card number must accompany order. Make your check payable (in U.S. dollars) to the University of Washington Press. Books will usually be shipped UPS; they will be sent fourth class U.S. Mail to P.O. boxes.

Retailers: Regular trade terms apply. See schedule in the ABA handbook or write for terms.

Libraries: UPS postage will be billed unless library rate is specified.

Foreign Orders: We encourage those placing orders from outside the U.S.A. to use local booksellers. When ordering directly, please pay by credit card or international money order. Books will be sent via surface mail.
