Education and Communications Task Force
The Education and Communications Task Force was established to facilitate education and awareness about the efforts of the DMC and best practices for data management at the UW.
Our objectives include:
- Develop a communications plan for Data Custodians, data users, and system owners to keep them apprised of ongoing efforts of the DMC.
- Assist in development and maintenance of a data management online education training program.
- Establish pathways of communication about data management related issues throughout administrative and academic units on the UW campuses.
- Increase awareness of best practices and appropriate use for public, restricted, and confidential data.
