Clicker Student Support Position

Join the Learning Technologies group in making learning-oriented technologies better at UW. We’re a fun and hard-working group of staff, graduate students, and undergraduates who work to improve teaching and learning through the use of technology. In particular, we’re looking for student assistants  to help us support Classroom Response Systems, or “Clickers.” Classroom Response Systems are ways in which teachers poll and quiz their classrooms in the live environment—currently some of the best ways to help students learn, according to peer reviewed research.

In this position, you’ll also be expected to help, where possible, with Canvas LMS and Panopto Lecture Capture support. The work will be hard, and self-direction and time management will be required to be successful, but success will include opportunities for promotion, increased responsibility, and management of other student staff.
