Workday For Medical Centers

COMPENSATION & PAYROLL

Employees at the medical centers can view their pay information as well as W-2 forms and pay slips. Direct deposit and W-4 information can be updated as needed. A great feature of Workday is the ability to have up to three direct deposit accounts.

BENEFITS

Eligible employees at the medical centers will make their benefit elections online, and can view benefit enrollment for themselves and their dependents.  Enrollment updates can be made for employee and employee dependents due to life events.  During open enrollment, employees at the medical centers will be able to change benefit elections online.

EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE

Employees at the medical centers will be able to access personal information such as job details and employee history in Workday and can also edit information like emergency contacts and general contact information.

TIME & ABSENCE
  • Employees at the medical centers will enter time worked in Kronos.
  • Employees at the medical centers will request time off and leaves of absence in Kronos.
  • Employees at the medical centers who are managers will need to approve time worked and time off for employees in Kronos.

Medical Center managers who have UTemp or Student employees will need to approve time and leave requests for these employees in Workday.
