Visit the State Combined Fund Drive registration website to register and donate online. You will need to know your nine-digit Employee ID (EID) to register. Don't know your EID? Log into UW Employee Self Service (ESS) to see your EID.

Donate Via Paper Giving Forms
There are more than 2,800 approved charities in Combined Fund Drive campaign. Please use one of the following giving forms to give to your favorite charities.
- UW employees
- UWRP retirees, courtesy appointees, hourly/temporary employees, and UW students
- DRS retirees: Contact the State CFD Office at cfd@dop.wa.gov for more information on giving.
Some retirees, courtesy appointees, hourly/temporary employees, and UW students can contribute to the UWCFD campaign by check. For check contributions, make checks payable to CFD and mail to UWCFD, Box 359200. DRS retirees may contribute through their retirement check.
