SPSS Technical Support
To access SPSS Technical Support on the SPSS web page:
- Go to http://support.spss.com
- Select "Apply for an ID" at left
- Fill out the form. "Customer ID number" can be ignored
- Use the "Serial number" from the SPSS CD package
- Click "Submit Request"
- You will receive email within two business days with your Login ID and a Password
- Again, go to http://support.spss.com
- On the left choose "Login to Support"
- Fill in "User Name" which is your Login ID and Password
- Choose OK
- Login to Support
- Choose "Troubleshooting"
- Then choose "Resolution Search", you can search error messages
