HR and Payroll Initiative Getting Involved

Project Seeking Volunteers

The USER Project is seeking individuals who would like to be involved in feedback sessions or work on one of the user groups working to streamline payroll and human resource services through Web-based technologies. In particular, the Project is looking for individuals with content knowledge about payroll and human resources who understand the larger picture while being capable of working with the details.

If you are interested in volunteering or wish to nominate someone, please e-mail the USER Project at userproj@u.washington.edu with the following information:

• Your Name
• Your Contact Information (email and phone)
• Background Information: brief paragraph listing your current position and previous experience, involvement with the payroll/personnel topics, and what benefit or special skills/perspectives you would bring to the focus group.
• Name, email and phone of Supervisor or Manager, if different from above
• Please specify which payroll/personnel areas are of interest to you. Examples are recruiting, hiring, appointment changes, distribution changes, or time and leave records.
