Online W-4 and JobProfile Available! - June, 2005

Greetings!

You can now update your W-4 withholding allowances and view your JobProfile on Employee Self-Service (ESS).

Online W-4
Located on the “Taxes” page in Employee Self-Service, employees can update their W-4 withholding allowances online.  The update is immediate and will be reflected on their next paycheck.  Links are provided with helpful information about withholding requirements.

JobProfile added to Employee Self-Service
A new page has been added to Employee Self-Service.  Personalized for each employee, JobProfile provides information related to UW employment such as payroll job title, job class code, pay grade/range and step, and union bargaining unit.  Check out your own JobProfile and spread the word!

ESS provides employees with direct access to their personal information and allows employees to make confidential changes in a secure, controlled environment.
