Feedback Focus Groups - participate in one time meetings on specific subjects with a group of other users.

E-mail input - receive e-mails over the course of the project asking for your input on key issues, design decisions etc.

Team Member - belong to a User Task Team focused on collecting information and designing the new process and related WEB screens for entering or accessing information at the desktop

Team Leader - lead a User Task Team focused on collecting information and designing the new process and related WEB screens for entering or accessing information at the desktop

Beta Tester - Receive access to early test versions of the new WEB tool created for the financial desktop project and use and provide a critique of your recommended changes and improvements.
