Financial Desktop Initiative

The Financial Desktop Initiative is a part of the USER Project and was created to provide financial information to users at their desktops. Funded by the University Initiatives Fund, its sponsors include the Executive Vice President, the Vice Provost for Planning and Budgeting, and the Vice President for Computing and Communications.
University Leadership created the Financial Desktop Initiative in response to user feedback requesting improvements in financial legacy systems.
