Adding Schedules

If you are registered for classes, you can add your student schedule to your calendar through MyUW. If you are teaching a class, you can add your teaching schedule to your calendar. Student schedules are displayed in the Class Schedule channel on the Student tab and teaching schedules are in the Teaching Class Schedule channel on the Teaching tab. The following line displays directly below the schedules:

Add to my UW Calendar Add this schedule to my UW Calendar.

Click on the calendar icon Add to my UW Calendar to add the schedule. The message "Your [student or teaching] schedule has been added to your UW Calendar" will appear in a yellow status bar if you have successfully added your schedule.

NOTE: If more than one meeting time for a class is listed in your schedule, each meeting will be added to your calendar as a separate entry.

If your schedule changes, you can click on [Add to my UW Calendar Add this schedule to my UW Calendar] again to delete your old schedule and put in your new one. Adding your Student Schedule won't affect the Teaching Schedule, and vice versa.

For more information about schedule entries, see More about Schedule Entries.

For information about removing your schedule from your calendar, see Removing Schedules.
