Since the requirements sometimes differ depending on what college or school you major is in, there is also a breakdown of the General Education Requirements by college and school, as well as detailed information about each of the General Education requirements. We even share some thoughts about how to spend your general electives.

Finally, for those of you who are planning to go on to a professional program after your bachelor's degree, there are pages with lots of information about using your time as an undergraduate to best prepare for some of the most popular professional programs, including medical school and law school.

*A few undergraduate degrees, like biochemistry and landscape architecture, require more than 180 credits.
