UAA staff are invited to discuss “The Collective Meaning in Our Work”

Undergraduate Academic Affairs staff are invited to come talk with your colleagues about the collective meaning of our work and how we enhance the student experience through: Access, Diversity, Engagement and Care.

Our keynote address will be given by Mike Egan, Director of Government Relations at Microsoft. Mike is a Husky and former ASUW president, fraternity member, and resident adviser. Mike serves on the UW Foundation Board as the Student Life director representative, and on the UW Alumni Association Board of Trustees. He is currently leading the UW Alumni Association’s lobbying initiative called UW Impact to encourage the UW community to support the University’s initiatives in Olympia.

This free professional development opportunity is being offered to staff members of Student Life, Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity, and Undergraduate Academic Affairs.

More detail and registration information will be available soon from the Student Life Staff Development Committee.
