Are you looking for resources to help you support student veterans in your class?

  • Participate in the Teaching and Advising Student Veterans Workshop held in November as a part of Veterans Appreciation Week. This workshop is organized by the Office of Student Veteran Life, and is open to instructors, students, and staff.

  • Veterans are enrolled in 220 majors
  • Forty percent of student veterans are graduate students
  • Eighty percent of student veterans are older than age 25
  • Washington state anticipates a growing number of student veterans as they return from service
