Workshop details and follow-up discussion

In the November 7 workshop instructors learned more about the experiences of student veterans in UW classrooms, and considered strategies for creating a more inclusive classroom for and with student veterans. We heard from a panel of UW student veterans; engaged in small — and large — group discussions with students, faculty and staff educators; and identified resources for teaching student veterans more effectively.

Follow-up Discussion

Join us for a follow-up discussion on November 21st from 11:30-12:30pm. We’ll meet using a free video-conferencing app called Zoom. You can join from any computer or phone (smartphones as well as dial-up).

Register to join the conversation and we’ll send you an invitation.
