Description
Congress has recently approved the establishment of the NASA Science and Technology Scholarship Program. It is anticipated that this scholarship will provide full tuition leading up to a 4 year degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Technology. It is expected that upon graduation recipients will work for NASA for 2 years for each year of scholarship that they received with a maximum of 4 years commitment.
Columbia Crew Undergraduate Scholarship: Scholarship designed for undergraduate students in honor of the Columbia Spaceshuttle Crew. The awards are designated for exceptional students in an effort to encourage graduate study in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Eligibility
All scholarship awardees must be:
- US citizens.
- Registered as a full time student in a Texas Space Grant Consortium member institution in good standing as:
- A sophomore at a two year institution or,
- A junior or senior at a four year institution or,
- A first or second year student at a medical school.
