Description
The trust fund is for educational assistance beyond high school for the benefit of "orphan" children or those bareft of parental support.Eligibility
It is available for only Washington State residents and the student must attend a college within the state. There are no citizenship requirements.
A student who might fall into one of these categories should fill out our financial aid application as to resources and expenses. This should be accompanied by a transcript from his/her high school and a cover letter indicating his/her family situation as well as a reason for his/her need. The applications should be submitted to us by the date indicated in the next paragraph. All information gathered will be reviewed for a final opinion. If we feel the student may qualify, a personal interview may be set up.
