Description

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include students who qualify for in-state tuition, are of Native American descent, are incoming students, and maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Procedure

Applications are available from either address below. Each applicant must submit two letters of recommendation, a personal statement which includes why and/or how applicant identifies as a Native American, why applicant is motivated to attend or keep attending the University of Washington, and any other information applicant feels is important to express. The scholarship committee will also look at transcripts, SAT scores or other test scores, and financial need as determined by the University of Washington Financial Aid Office.
