Ewing C. Kelly Scholarship
Description
The Ewing C. Kelly Scholarship is designed to reward students who demonstrate good citizenship while striving to attain their academic goals.
Eligibility
Applicants will be judged on their academic merit, extra-curricular achievements - both scholastically and in their community - and financial need. Applicants must be accepted, or have an application pending, at an institution of higher learning and they must be a senior-level student at a public or private high school located within the Cascade Region. Applicants must have earned a composite score of 20 on the ACT or 840 on the SAT.
Procedure
Applications should be available from the high school counselor. If your high school counselor does not have an application, then the counselor will need to request one from the Foundation. Applicants and parents are specifically asked to work through their counselor to get an application and not to contact the Foundation directly to obtain one.
