Description
Eligibility
Criteria for selection is based on character, leadership and ability skills, financial need, scholastic ability, and there is special criteria set by each donor. Graduating high school students must rank in the upper 25% of their graduating class, or have a minimum grade point average of 3.0, or have a minimum score of ACT 20/SAT 950. Current undergraduates must have maintained a 3.0 average during their college career.

Procedure
Applicant must apply for this award to his/her individual State Counselor for approval. The application, if approved, will be forwarded to the ESA Foundation Scholarship Committee for consideration.
