The Board of Governors of NATAS Northwest Chapter, in cooperation with the University of Washington School of Communications, and the families of Elizabeth Wright Evans, Pat Egan, Arthur Pattison, and Don McCune have established the NATAS Northwest Scholarship Fund.
 
The goal of the NATAS - Northwest Scholarship Program is to sustain promising students in the pursuit of their studies in the field of television.

Eligibility

Applicants of the scholarship must be enrolled in a four-year television broadcasting or broadcast journalism major at a university in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska. UW students in the UW School of Communications or other UW schools who can demonstrate that they are pursuing an educational program leading directly to a career in television production or television journalism will be considered. An internship with a television broadcast station or cable news channel will be a strong supporting element.
