Association of Filipino Architects in Washington (AFAW) Scholarship Program

Description

Eligibility

  • A resident of Washington state
  • Of Filipino descent
  • A student in an architecture degree program at a university OR in a college/technical school who intend to major in architecture at a university degree program
The AFAW scholarship committee will evaluate all candidates on the basis of the application, academic performance, and a demonstrated interest in architecture.

Procedure

Application forms are available for download on the website. The application includes:
  • An application form
  • A current University, College, or Technical School transcript (unofficial transcripts are acceptable)
  • A personal statement describing the candidate’s interest, experience, goals & plans related to Architecture
