You are not currently enrolled in the Direct Deposit Transfer program. If you enroll today, you can start receiving deposits on June 30th.

NO, The University of Washington may not transfer funds to my bank account. I am not participating in the Direct Deposit Transfer program.

YES, I authorize the University of Washington to transfer funds to the bank account indicated below.

Funds will transfer to my bank account when financial aid, after deductions for tuition and other charges such as short term loans that are due, creates a balance from the UW in my favor. (No further action necessary.)

NOTE: Student employees: signing up for Direct Deposit Transfer through this web form does NOT set up Direct Deposit of your UW payroll check. Use Employee Self-Service (ESS) to sign up or change your Payroll Direct Deposit.

Your Direct Deposit Transfer account will become active FIVE (5) calendar days after any change to your Bank Account Information, including initial setup. After your account is active it may take up to THREE (3) business days to post the deposit to your bank (financial institution) account.

* Your nine-digit Routing Code is usually located on the bottom of your checks between the symbols shown above. Some banks however display their own code between these symbols, in which case you should notice one of the following: 1) There are not nine digits in the routing code; 2) There is another symbol mixed with the digits of the routing code; or 3) The routing code is being rejected by the Direct Deposit Transfer Setup web form.

If you believe the routing code shown on your checks may not be valid or you are unsure of your bank account number, please contact your bank for this information.

You will receive a confirmation of this change by email.
