Order Official Transcript

Currently enrolled students can use this service to order official UW transcripts. (Former students should see Transcripts: How to Order your University Transcript). Transcripts are printed each business night (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Transcripts ordered on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Before placing your order, check your unofficial transcript to ensure all grades and academic information have been recorded and posted.

A $4 per copy transcript fee will be added to your student account. Payment is due within one week of placing the order.

If the transcript is to be used for official purposes, you should have it sent directly to the school or agency. If it is sent to you, it will be enclosed in a sealed envelope, but this may not satisfy an official transcript request.
