Special Topics in Accounting

Class description

TACCT490 will be a seminar/workshop type of class where we cover discrete topics on corporate governance and accounting control (e.g., managerial compensation, security litigation, accounting fraud, etc.) It will contain mainly lectures, but mixed with discussion, occasional presentations and one or two case projects.
