Class Description
Supervision and Consultation
This course provides knowledge and practical skills involved in the role of the social worker as leader and supervisor; including supporting, motivating and managing a diverse staff. The course attends to supervisory skills and knowledge necessary to perform a wide range of personnel management functions, including staff recruitment/retention, selection, supervision, performance evaluation and addressing staff-related performance problems.
