Public Service Clinic

Serves to meet the degree project requirement as part of the Evans School curriculum. Students work in a supportive environment facilitated by peer and faculty to connect the research, organizational change, and capacity-building needs of community organizations and public agencies.

Class description

Public Service Clinic- Service Delivery and Performance Management: How can agencies deliver service delivery, program efficiency, strategic positioning, and performance measurements? This clinic will emphasize assessing and recommending approaches to develop more effective services and to improve organizational performance.
