Introduction to United States Constitutional Law

Growth and development of the United States Constitution as reflected in decisions of the Supreme Court; political, social, and economic effects. Offered: jointly with LSJ 360.

Class description

Description: This course examines the constitutional doctrine associated with the founding of the nation, the creation of the federal court system, issues in federalism, and ends with the modern civil rights cases.
