Class description
How to do synthesize knowledge from different classes and apply it to a physics topic of interest to them; how to do literature research; how to write a scientific paper; how to give a scientific presentation.
Student learning goals
General method of instruction
Students choose topics, work on papers and talks individually or in pairs, and get detailed individual feedback from instructor (by email and in person). Attend other students' talks and participate in discussion.
