Study Abroad: Canadian Studies

For participants in study abroad program. Specific course content varies. Courses do not automatically apply to major/minor requirements.

Class description

This Canadian studies abroad course will provide students with an on-site learning experience in a Canadian city and at a Canadian university.

Student learning goals

General method of instruction

Lectures, tours, interaction with cultural and political representatives.

Recommended preparation

Knowledge of Canadian culture, history and politics.

Class assignments and grading

Journal, research paper or project.

Journals (30%), discussions (20%), quizzes (20%, research paper (30%)
