Background on the relationship between, and debates on, international trade and the environment; environmental provisions in international trade agreements, focussing on the WTO and the Nafta; international environmental agreements including the Kyoto Protocal; general issues in designing policy for global or transboundary natural resources. > - issues in international environmental treaties
