Seminar addressing a current problem in international affairs and resulting in a joint task-force report. Results presented to, and critiqued by, a distinguished outside evaluator at end of term. Prerequisite: SIS 511.
Class description
512 is for students completing their Masters degree in International Studies. Students will finish writing one of the two research papers they need for their degree, and present their work to the other students. The class will be held as a seminar, and each student will present her or his work to the seminar for comments and suggestions. By the end of 512 students should be prepared to take their final MA exam and obtain their degree.
