Class description
ASIAN AMERICAN HISTORY
This graduate-level seminar will introduce students to the field of Asian American history, with an emphasis on historiographical shifts and debates. The readings will encompass a broad range of topics and methodologies that often cross disciplinary boundaries. We will investigate how the field has evolved over time and challenged traditional narratives of U.S. history.
