Fish 513 Special Topics: An Examination of Fishery Collapses and Partial Collapses. A Search for Commonalities and Consequences Instructor: Vince Gallucci, vgallucc@uw.edu This class will cover selected collapses/quasi-collapses from around the world, since the end of World War II, with one exception. Consideration of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, to include geopolitical, where appropriate. Some lectures and some student presentations on a favorite collapse. Potential publication topic.
