Special Studies in Design-Technical

Class description

Class will focus on design research and fabrication. The student will learn how to use professional shop equipment, machine and hand sewing techniques; will be expected to complete a wearable costume.

Student learning goals

The aim of this class is to support the participant in fabricating their character.

General method of instruction

Lecture and demonstrations will be in the UW costume shop. nstructor will be available for hands-on project help by arrangement.
